Intel driver: NoAccel broken

I've just tried the NoAccel option with the Intel driver ( today's git,
xserver git from a while back ).

gnome-terminal, which was the only app I tested, was chopped up in
various ways. Dragging gnome-terminal caused either an instant window
manager segfault, or in some cases an X segfault.
