intel driver gets slow as soon as I rotate on a 1920x1200 display

no more screen rotations when I rotate using "xrandr -o 1":

	Section "Device"
		Identifier  "Card0"
		Driver "intel"
		Option "DRI" "true"
		Option "AccelMethod" "EXA"
		Option "Tiling" "true"
		Option "FramebufferCompression" "true"

The acceleration drops dramatically when I rotate with the above
command. You can watch how an "ls -al" scrolls in an full screen xterm.
When not rotated the normal working is very fast but when watching a
fullscreen video with xv it takes about 10 percent CPU. compared to the
2 percent CPU when I do it without fullscreen.
