X process using 100% CPU

[Mary Steiner]

After logging out of a x session in Fedora Core, a X process continues
to run and take up 100% CPU. I cannot kill the X process and end up
having to reboot the server.

I am attaching the xorg log in case anyone is able to see something
that I don't.
