i945GM don't show video at vga port (blue screen)

I think you pulled to soon; I pushed another fix shortly after this that
makes sure pipe A is active when enabling the overlay on pipe B that
should fix this.

Please update and test again; I was flipping between all monitor
combinations for about 20 minutes last night and it was solid.
