TV Out problems

You probably just have an older xrandr version that doesn't decode the
format atoms correctly. Please give the git master version a try and see
what it does. Then you can adjust the format to suit; there isn't any
way we can auto-detect the needed format.

Have you ever seen it say 'connected'? I've recently changed how the
detection code works for i830/i855 chips, so if you're not using
'master', it would be good to see that tested as well. If you are using
the git master version, it'd be useful to know that it fails on 945.
