i830 problems with xf86-video-intel-2.0

I found the if(0) to comment but either it's not sufficient or I missed
something because it doesn't write to /tmp/xf86-video-intel-BIOS. I have
installed libpciaccess as well so that I could compile bios_dumper but
I'm not sure how to use them.
