[ANNOUNCE] xorg-sgml-doctools-1.2

Docbook has a nice online markup reference, the sgml flavour is a bit
harder to process but any xml validator (like xmllint) will check the
xml variant (provided you understand how xml in general work)

The distributions I know all install docbook schemas in a place xml
tools find them automatically.
