where is libxglx.so

Now I've made a Symlink from "/usr/local/lib/xorg/modules/xgl/libxglx.so" 
to "/usr/lib/fglrx/diversions/libGL.so.1" an now I get 

$ Xgl

Fatal server error:
Server is already active for display 0
        If this server is no longer running, remove /tmp/.X0-lock
        and start again.

dlsym: moduleVersion: /usr/local/lib/xorg/modules/xgl/libxglx.so: undefined 
symbol: moduleVersion

What do I have to do? Or where can I get more Information about this?
