What version of the i810 driver are you using? There is a 0.2.0 RC doing
the rounds now and I suspect you are using 1.7.x version.

Try updating the driver the latest version (and possibly also the
xserver to the 1.3 RC that accompanies it - I see you are not even using
xserver 7.2 yet :)).


You should find info on this mailing list about these releases etc.
