Dynamically switch ServerLayout - is it finally possible ?

Actually, my Dell Latitude D420 has a i945GM.

Switching between LVDS/TMDS/VGA outputs at runtime works very well on
this machine with libxrandr2, xserver-xorg-core and
xserver-xorg-video-intel packages currently in Debian experimental.

I don't know about dock/undock since it often freezes my machine...

Note that I don't need i915resolution anymore with the packages above
(1280x800 on the internal panel).
