I have now tried the same thing on a parallel system with the same software, OS etc, all except instead of the "radeon" driver it was the intel "i810" driver. So the problem is with the "radeon" driver. What I would like to know is when we can expect Backing Store to work again in the "radeon" driver. Thanks.
