removal of DRM memory manager warning from Intel driver

Can we please remove the 1.7 DRM need for memory manager warning, it
just confuses users and distros alike, TTM merging upstream is an
on-going but slow process, and one distro has even stupidly gone and
merged up the DRM tree to their kernel because of this even though we
haven't agreed on the API stability and a user can easily break memory
allocation limits by just using the drm with a ttm enabled driver..
