X Server Random Restart or Freeze

Hi,

   I've exhausted just about every avenue I could think of to fix a
problem I'm having, but to no avail.  I was running RHEL 4 and my X
server would just randomly restart or totally freeze up on me from time
to time.  I did a tiny bit of investigating into the problem, but wasn't
all that worried about it because I knew I was going to be wiping the
system clean and installing RHEL 5 in the not so distant future.  Well,
that time has come and passed, and I am now running RHEL 5, and I'm
still having the problem.  Last week, some of my searching led me to
believe that this might be a problem with the ATI video card I was
running, so I installed a nVidia GeForce 7600 GS card, and am using the
proprietary nVidia driver.  Over this past weekend, I let memtest run
and it reported no errors.  I don't know what else to do.  Below is a
snippet of the log from one of the recent restarts, and below that is
all the xorg packages installed on my system.  Any help is greatly
appreciated.
