Debugging X server's CPU burning

Hey guys,
We have a web page on our intranet - it's an employee photo gallery.
The page isn't terribly complicated and loads in Mozilla in a second
or two.
While the page is open, the X server burns 100% of CPU even if no
scrolling is happening. If I had to guess, there may be something
rendering on the page. I noticed this when a co-worker commented that
it behaves normally with Mozilla on Windows.
I'm not really familiar with debugging X applications - how would you
guys suggest I start tracking down what the bad behavior here is?
Thanks!
