Pushed #02, #08, #09, #10, which looked good to me.
#4,5,6,7 I didn't review
#11 looks like it would rather be a DEFAULTPOLICYFILE setting for your
setup, and I was concerned at the lack of a path to the file in
question.
#12 looked messy with the strdup and the 'once' flag, but I didn't
really review.
#1,#3,#8 depended on the stuff in 4,5,6,7.
