xf86-video-intel-2.0 xv crash

I've just had a user report a repeatable crash when executing mplayer.
Without any configuration, mplayer is defaulting to use xv. xv on this
machine locks the server instantly.

Note that the XaaNoOffscreenPixmaps doesn't ( in this case ) indicate
that we're running beryl - this user is using Enlightenment-0.17 ... we
just use XaaNoOffscreenPixmaps to give maximum performance with
compositing.
