Hello

I have a intel 965GM graphic card. I have made a fresh install of
ubuntu gutsy (7.10) and I don't have compiz working and I have a
strange behavior running 3D applications.
I known that I can activate compiz installing XGL, but then the 3D
applications just crash and I don't have direct rendering.
My question is, without installing XGl, I have dri agp and direct
rendering (see my Xorg.conf in attachament). But when I run
applications such as pymol (sudo apt-get install pymol) or vmd the
program crash after some minutes, and I have to reboot the computer (
the X freezes).
Can anyone please install pymol (chemistry program) and see if the
same happen?
When I run torcs I have the same behaviour. After 1 minute or two the
system freezes.

Thanks in advance Nuno
