Quirks are part of edid handling, not parsing, parsing is interpreting
edid data, handling is feeding this data in the MonRec and adding a
xf86DisplayMode list to the MonRec. This handling was moved out of the
ddc module, into the RandR code. So putting edid parsing and handling
back together again would be putting it all back in the ddc module
SUSE/Novell X Driver Developer.
