bug on display of web pages with flash applic

[Jethro Tull]

it's been two years that i'm noticing this bug:
on web pages that contents flash animation the above-to-the-flash-animation menus expand behind the animation area.
check it on www.adobe.com
i noticed this bug on all machines that i tested, and all distros that use Xorg that i tested.
only on microsoft OS's this bug doesn't appear.
I'm quite unable to tell you whether this is an issue from adobe or from Xorg.
