Hi,
The short answer is, yes. It's already possible today if you're using
1.4.0.99.1 or higher, and Simon Thum's acceleration patch (which isn't
merged, but is in a Bugzilla bug, and also in a local branch here) will
also improve your mouse acceleration experience.
