[ANNOUNCE] xf86-video-intel 2.2.99.903

This release is working on my 965Q dualhead 1920x1200 system.  glxgears runs with about 900FPS.

One thing I've noticed is that console switching seems to be completely disabled with both this and the 901 releases.  Previously switching to ctrl-alt-f1 would result in a hung system with black screen.  Is this a known feature?
