intel-batchbuffer and DRI2

This crash is not caused by DIR2, and it was fixed in latest git master.
DIR2 work well with current git master in my machine as well. There are
still some small problems.

First the menu of GNOME is draw quite slow. You can see text on it being
antialiased slowly, and yellow shadow left after menu disappeared.
Second, visual seems not setup properly on my machine with a Intel 945GM.
rgba-glx will has a black box left as background in stead of transparent.
Third, xserver will not came back after resume.
