Hello, I've got three questions (coming from a newbie developer) 1) Can Xorg be configured to slow the screen refresh rate to less than 30 Hz? 2) Could I amplitude or frequency modulate the refresh rate via Xorg manipulation? 3) Could pixel brightness be controlled such that the entire screen is either on or off at a given moment?
