radeon EXA performance questions

That's probably not comparable. I use git versions and RV280 (not RV200 
as previously posted).
My stable setup (6.9.0 + server 1.4.2) is exa-wise unuseable, hence the 
patch. I'm yet to see comparable EXA performance :(
