You should be able to compile Eric's tree okay.  You just need to clone
it, then git-checkout origin/drm-gem-merge.  It will probably work on
your hardware, it's a mystery why it doesn't work on mine. :(  I've had
to patch TTM support back in locally to get my system working.  Not
ideal!
