Bad 2D performance with intel driver on Mobile GM965/GL960

Hi,

I upgraded from opensuse 11.0(7.3) to 11.1(7.4)

My 2d performance was great in 11.0 but in 11.1 there is a significant
slowdown for 2d operations(scrolling, windows drawing etc)

Its not a kernel problem because i backported to 7.3 on the same
kernel and the performance went back to normal.


Is there a known issue with the intel drivers 2d performance at the minute?
