xorg/xserver - [PATCH] Ensure symbols that replace weak symbols in libraries are public.

  I am not sure if definitions should also have _X_EXPORT, as it
would require including <X11/Xfuncproto.h> (not a problem for most
headers I believe), possibly generate significant noise due to a
lot more patches required.
  Probably better to only add _X_EXPORT to headers that already
have it, and/or when including <X11/Xfuncproto.h> is not required.
