[PATCH] Add XORG_CHECK_SYMBOLS and XORG_WARN_CFLAGS macros.

  This patch could be added in a possible new version of xorg/util/macros
package.

  I added two new macros, but if this patch is considered ok, and a bump
is going to be done, there a few other macros that would be useful, to
simplify most xorg/drivers/*/configure.ac.
  These could include a common way to check for dri, libpciaccess, module
path, sdkdir and possibly a few others that are duplicated all over
configure.ac's and sometimes, besides doing the same thing, apparently
using different versions of the same shell code.

  I will post a few other patches, only to git master, that would benefit
from these, but for now, not require those macros.
