xorg build error: needs uuid

I never specified --with-libuuid. I also used autogen.sh and it doesn't
specify --with-libuuid.
Looking at configure and configure.ac: libuuid is not defined, so it
matches not-equal of "no" so does the pkg-config check where it fails.
