Yeah, just walk the capability list in config space looking for 0x10.

I wrote in a hurry a couple of years ago to do this, and I vaguely
remember it actually working.  YMMV.

Of course, if your question isn't about the details of how to tell a
PCIe card from a PCI or AGP card, then this mail has been useless to
you. :)
