Actually, it's not really a downgrade. Yet.

Problem is a botched up commit that changed configure.ac to state 1.1.90.1,
but the commit log said 1.1.91. This is the source of the problems.

libxcb now has a tag for both, pointing to the same commit, and tarballs have
been released with both versioning numbers. So either way, there is a correct
tag and a correct tarball.

To avoid a downgrade, the _next_ version has to be released as > 1.1.91. For
now, we are fine.
