code duplication

While I was looking at xserver/hw/xfree86/parser, I noticed that it seemed that
this entire directory has been duplicated at driver/xf86-video-intel/src/parser.
 It doesn't bother me any beyond offending my sense of how to run an archive,
but I suppose there could be *some* kind of reason.  Or, maybe it's just
something that got overlooked?
