Intel driver missing shading language extension

I can only provide more verbose info from Xorg.0.log and dmesg
According to log error is caused by
Error in I830WaitLpRing(), timeout for 2 seconds
I need another laptop to debug it with gdb, when I do attach <pid>
and switch to X can't go back and screen is black.
