Pick a first person shooter of your choice. I can confirm the bug for
recent ioquake3, ChallengeQ3 and sauerbraten, but I am sure that
anything would work.
Then either:
A) Use a mouse that is able to produce around 21000 C/s at a speed your
arm can manage. In additions to all mice that qualify in [1], any Razer
3G mouse should do.
B) Remove the CorePointer option from your mouse in your configuration
and restart the X server.
Finally start the game and move the mouse around. Fast if you chose
option A, or at pretty much any speed if you chose option B. To exit,
stop moving the mouse, hit ~, wait until the console opens and
type /quit.
