inconsistency in repository names

Hi,

I just stepped over some inconsistencies in the repository names. I think it'd 
be a good idea to clean this up, as handling modular x is predistinated for 
automated handling of packages.

xcb/libxcb should probably go to
xorg/lib/libxcb

xcb/proto (xcb-proto) should probably be renamed to xcbproto and moved to
xorg/proto/xcbproto

Thoughts?
