Wizardpen F610 Tablet makes problems with Mouse in xorg.conf

my xorg version is 1:7.3+10 from the debian Testing Repository

the driver i use is newer and he is working with ubuntu herdy and the g-pen
tablet .. that is why i think it is not any bug.
but i dont know what the problem is :(
i hoped that anyone can see any configuration problem in my xorg.conf
