display issue with sis board

Hi,

I am getting an issue with my display. Need your views for possible
solution. It is a SIS board. To me the issue seems to be with improper
BIOS configuration. May be modeline. The current resolution i am
trying to display is 1280x1024.

Please find my xorg.conf, log and a screenshot of buggy display.
