X.org debugging info collection script

Nvidia provides a similar script with their drivers (at least on Solaris,
haven't checked on Linux) - some of the /usr/bin/nvidia-SunOS-bug-report.sh
script is specific to their driver, but other bits are common and would
apply to any X driver.
