Yes, providing you have a VGA and a DVI connector.

It would start in independent head mode meaning two separate screens.
You'd need to turn on Xinerama to get "expand type".
Then for clone mode, you need to add Option "Clone", or use Option
"MonitorLayout" "CRT+DFP,NONE".
