[xorg-server-1.5] build fails against mesa GIT master

One of two things needs to happen on server-1.5-branch:

1. Revert 45d00433e7bfbab476dd02ec92a9fbee40af5dad so that the glapi
sources are put back into the xserver tree like mesa-7.1+ expects.

or

2. Backport the swrast dri work from xserver master.

It would be nice to have 2 so that everyone could move forward with
the decoupled mesa/xserver, but krh probably knows whether that's a
good idea or not.
