xserver from git: libXi dependency

Twas brillig at 04:48:54 19.09.2008 UTC+07 when dottedmag at dottedmag.net did gyre and gimble:

After some head-scratching, I found that XInput.h was in proto, but in
libXi now, so the question about the lack of check in configure is still
valid.
