SaveSetMap doubly defined

Hi,

Following a recent change SaveSetMap is now doubly defined leading to
compilation warnings and possible error.

in dixstruct.h
#define SaveSetMap(ss)      ((ss).map) 
for XFIXES

in xfixeswire.h
#define SaveSetMap           0
