This new version is not working for me: the image is completely corrupted
(except for the mouse cursor), while 2.6.99.903 was working without any
problem. The culprit is commit 6f48379fb8e5997b4b2098b7df5bed399bc559f6:
reverting this, makes 2.7.0 work fine.
I'm using xserver 1.6.1, libdrm 2.4.9, kernel 2.6.29.1 with KMS on x86_64.
Graphics card is

Chipset Integrated Graphics Controller [8086:2a43] (rev 07)
