I have create a shell like this:

memset(name_shell, 0, sizeof(name_shell));
strcpy(name_shell, "shell_test1");
shell = XtAppCreateShell(NULL, name_shell, topLevelShellWidgetClass, dpy, NULL, 0);

how to find the shell from its name, after?
