Two minor clarifications:

- type1 fonts still work, but they'll use the freetype renderer now.
you're still losing for using core fonts though.

- xserver 1.6 branch won't build with this unless you eliminate the
(unused) #include <fontmod.h> from loaderProcs.h.  This should probably
be fixed for 1.6 gold.
