Should RRGetCrtcInfo return panning bounds?

Isn't already a RRCrtcChangeNotify sent? I never verified that myself,
but I think in the context I thought I wanted them to be sent.

Hm. Sounds logical. Still, the currently presented CRTC should be
queryable.
