libXi requires non-existing libX11-1.2.99.1?

Hi,

While working on an x.org update for ptxdist, I've updated to
libXi-1.2.99.3 and it requires:

# Checks for pkg-config packages
PKG_CHECK_MODULES(XI, [xproto >= 7.0.13] [x11 >= 1.2.99.1] [xextproto >= 7.0.3] [xext >= 1.0.99.1] [inputproto >= 1.9.99.15])

Is libx11-1.2.99.1 already available somewhere? The servers show 1.2.2
as the latest version.
