This bugfix release fixes an assertion failure when XShmAttach was
called if linked against a libX11 that was built to use libxcb (for
more details, see the thread starting at:
http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/xcb/2009-October/005102.html )
as well as two small build system cleanups.

      Use $(AM_V_GEN) to silence makefile generation rules
      libXext 1.1.1

Jamey Sharp (1):
      XAllocID must only be called with the Display lock held.
