pixman and perl

Hi John,

i dont think pixman need perl. i can compile Xorg without perl. for 
pixman i use:

./configure --prefix=/usr \
             --sysconfdir=/etc \
             --disable-static \
             --enable-shared \
             --enable-mmx \
             --enable-sse2 \
             --disable-vmx \
             --disable-gtk \
             --with-gnu-ld

eventually the tests needs perl ( i dont know, because i am dont compile 
tests).
i do:

echo "" > test/Makefile.am

make

make install
