xf86-video-ati 6.12.4 requires newer xextproto ?

I build it with xextproto 7.0.4. xf86-video-ati 6.12.4 has a check to 
see whether or not xextproto 7.1 exists in order to decide certain 
configuration information, but it builds with both.
